In the next step, you will have the opportunity to view job descriptions or enter Thomson Reuters' job application process. This application process consists of multiple steps designed to collect information about your skills and interests which will then be matched against Thomson Reuters' future and current job requirements. If a match is found in the online preliminary screening, you may be invited to complete an online assessment that measures your experiences and accomplishments as well as your attitudes and preferences on various work-related subjects. By submitting a profile or other personal information you are agreeing to the following terms. Please do not submit a profile or other personal information if you do not or cannot agree to these terms. The information you are submitting is complete and accurate and you are aware that providing false information during any of the steps of the application process will lead to your rejection or termination. Your information will be added to our international resume database, which is currently located in the United States. Thomson Reuters may re-locate this database without giving you prior notice. In order to apply for any of the positions advertised through this site, you must be legally entitled to work within the country where the position is based. You may be required to produce original documents that verify your country employment eligibility and identification. Unless otherwise noted in a specific job description, relocation assistance is not provided. Thomson Reuters may share your personal data with Thomson Reuters personnel in another country for further consideration, unless otherwise noted by you in the job application questionnaire. Thomson Reuters may share and transfer your personal data to another member of the Thomson Reuters group or an unrelated third party as a consequence of any merger, acquisition, sale or disposal of the Thomson Reuters company that you made your application to. Thomson Reuters may also permit third parties such as technical personnel to access the database for the purpose of maintenance, testing, software upgrades and the like. All such third parties will be expected to abide by appropriate confidentiality agreements as well. Thomson Reuters may share the personal information you provide to Thomson Reuters with other companies they hire to provide employment verification services to them. Information you submit will be used only for the purpose of reviewing your skills and interests against job openings at Thomson Reuters. Thomson Reuters will not trade or sell your personal information to others without your consent, unless required by law or as disclosed to you when the information is collected. Thomson Reuters will abide by the applicable data protection requirements in the countries in which data is held and/or processed. At any time, you will have the right to be informed of the data that Thomson Reuters has regarding you, as well as the right to correct, update, modify, and ask for the deletion and blocking of your data by contacting Thomson Reuters local recruiting at

If you request the deletion of your data, please be aware that for U.S. candidates, your data will be retained in accordance with applicable laws regarding record retention, but that you may withdraw your candidacy of employment at any time and Thomson Reuters will make your record inactive. Thomson Reuters may contact you at any time during your candidacy for employment by sending you announcements or any other types of information it requires. If you no longer wish to be contacted, you will need to notify Thomson Reuters at the previously stated e-mail address. A medical questionnaire and/or standard medical exam (or medical exam determined by Thomson Reuters) and/or a drug test may be requested by Thomson Reuters as part of the application process where permitted locally. Subject to applicable law, I authorize Thomson Reuters to undertake a background investigation including but not limited to a conviction search and verification of the information I have provided and I agree to execute any additional documents that may be required in order for Thomson Reuters to undertake such an investigation. I therefore authorize Thomson Reuters to collect, process, transmit and use my personal data in the company database located in the United States, where it will be handled for the Thomson Reuters application process, for sending me announcements of future job opportunities as they become available, or for administration purposes within Thomson Reuters. Data will be kept strictly confidential and stored in accordance with applicable legal provisions for a period that meets applicable local legal requirements.
